〈About Photography/Filming〉
・Photography or other filming activities by anyone who has not submitted a prior application will not be permitted. Additionally, if any activity appears to resemble reporting or media coverage, the committee may approach you. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
・When taking photos for personal use, please refrain from actions that may disturb others, such as filming for YouTube.
・Certain events, such as guest performances and stage productions, are prohibited from being photographed. Please follow the instructions for each event.
・There are areas near the affiliated schools where photography is prohibited. If a committee member approches you, please immediately stop taking photos in the specified area and refrain from posting those photos on social media.

Emergency Procedures
In the Event of an Earthquake...
- Protect yourself from falling objects.
- Secure an escape route.
- (outdoors) Extinguish any fires.
- (indoors) Close the curtains.
- Follow the instructions of the festival committee and evacuate accordingly.
[The designated evacuation site during a disaster is the university sports field. The festival committee will guide you during evacuation, so please remain calm.] The organizing committee members will wear pink happi (Japanese traditional coats), so feel free to ask them for assistance.
In the Event of a Fire...
- Extinguish the fire using the nearest fire extinguisher (if you can).
- Notify the festival committee.
- The festival committee will call 119.
If you get injured or feel unwell...
Go to the first aid room or tent equipped for emergency response.
