74th Kiin Festival Committee Legal Affairs
Kiin Festival Committee (referred to as "the committee") has established the following privacy policy regarding the handling of personal information of users in the services provided within the 74th Kiin Festival.
1.Scope and the purpose of the information collected
The committee may ask the users for their name, date of birth, school year, address, phone number, and e-mail address in some services(※) we provide. The information collected will be used for the smooth operation of the service.Individuals may request disclosure, correction, suspention of use, delection, etc. of their own information.
※Projects related to the main purpose of colletion.
・Collected information will be used when an infected individual (with illnesses such as COVID-19) appears
・Used for distribution and reservation for the Open Campus Assist Network system(OCANs) (Ex.various projects of the committee, projects of the participating groups)
・Used for sending prizes and purchased goods, and for voting (Ex.various projects of the committee, goods sale,etc.)
2.Restrictions on use and provision
The committee will not use the information collected by itself or provide it to any third party for any purpose other than the intended purpose except in cases of illegal disclosure requests, illegal access, threats, other illegal acts, or other special reasons.
We recognize the importance of protecting personal information and will do so within the scope of the purpose of use.
3.Safety Measures
When collecting information, the committee will take necessary measures to ensure that the information collected is properly managed and is not leaked, lost, or damaged.All registered information will be stored for six months and then deleted all together.
4.Scope of Application
This policy applies only to services provided by the committee. The handling of information on linked websites is the responsibility of the respective operating organizations.
